Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you just need to contact our customer service at support@rosiewear.com to start your returns process. You'll need to send your order number which you received in an email or paper invoice directly from us.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you our returns address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping & customs costs for returns due to change of mind or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being rejected.

Return Shipping: 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee.

Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products may not be returned separately.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received your return package, we will process the inspection within 2-4 days and send you a full refund within that time frame. Once the refund has been processed, you should receive the money back into your account and statement within 3-5 days (depending on your bank, credit card, or payment processor).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@rosiewear.com
